"Our on-site crew was wonderful...

We were in need of an updated and safer backyard for our 1 year old. We needed rotted out railroad ties removed and something attractive and low maintenance installed, along with a playset for our daughter. Matt came out several times to discuss the process, evaluate what we had, and then go over his suggestions/ design. He was always on time, easy to schedule with, and so pleasant to work with. The design was terrific. Our on-site crew was wonderful - so pleasant, worked hard all day, straightened up the work site each evening, and took care to keep the street as low impacted as possible. Chris, Jesus, and Daniel (on-site crew) were a pleasure to work with. They transformed a great design into the real deal, with know-how and artistry. I'm so happy. There were a couple of small design changes that I requested due to unforeseen issues, and they were very willing to accommodate. It was a very nice experience and will be having them return in the Spring for Phase 2 of our backyard design. Matt is currently working on a subsequent phase for our front yard design, which we hope to have installed in the near future. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for an extensive and very high quality installation."

"Their expert designer consultant did an incredible job preparing 3D rendering of how the landscaping project would look...

I was looking for a full service landscaping company. Someone who could design and install both the front and back yard landscaping. In addition to irrigation, sod, plants and trees I also wanted a deck, pavers, stamped concrete, built-in barbeque and fire pit. I extensively searched the web and went to home improvement shows. After reviewing Todd’s Landscaping Services web page I contacted them for a design consultation. Their expert designer consultant did an incredible job preparing 3D rendering of how the landscaping project would look. After reviewing the documents, I immediately hired them. Once my new home had final grading done, Todd’s Landscaping Services promptly came out and started the project. The project supervisor made helpful suggestions on how certain things might be tweaked in order to have an even more aesthetically pleasing landscape. The entire project was finished on-time. It is amazing how close it looks to the 3D rendering. Each member of the various crews was completely professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. A special shout-out to Matt, Frankie, Doug, Kevin, Mike, and the rest of the crew that made my dream come true."

"Having owned my own landscaping company years ago, I know I have never met a harder worker than Nadeen!...

The system she had to work with was older and complicated with underground soaking hoses. I tried for two years to get the whole system running again. Parts worked but never the whole thing. I had all the other big named companies out and they fixed the easy stuff but never tackled all of. When Nadeen arrived, late afternoon, I could tell that she was beat and hot. I offered to reschedule but she declined saying she would take a look. She worked for 4.5 hours on the system, many times, finding our system frustrating. It is! She took the time to run down every idea she could think of, and she never gave up. And when she left , clearly hot and tired, she had fixed EVERYTHING! She discovered all the leaks, sprinkler heads we didn’t even knew existed. And the whole time, periodically explaining to me what she had done and what she was going to do. In those few hours I discovered she is the only female service person Todd’s Landcaping has! I have no knowledge of any other employees at Todd’s, but IMHO, Nadeen deserves a raise! Was it costly, all in all I felt the bill was fair. If I had gotten Nadeen, two years ago, we would have saved thousands of dollars on all the quick fixes. Disclaimer: I don’t know Nadeen, I have never met her before this service call. However, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. So from now on Nadeen will be our only sprinkler person. Todd’s, you’ve got a keeper here and she represents your company excellently!"

They were careful with existing structures on my property and even spread topsoil and grass seed where grass was slightly damaged after being driven on by their equipment. My rock retaining walls look terrific! I also liked that they left no trash or debris behind. Great clean up!"

"Overall, the crew was respectful, efficient, and a pleasure to have working on their yard...

My in-laws live in Ann Arbor and needed the small space in front of their condo re-done. While the space is small, there were a couple of smaller trees that needed to be taken out, as well as some bushes. Additionally, they wanted new types of plants added and much of the ground re-worked. Other landscape companies would not touch the job, stated that it was "too small" for them to bother taking. Todd's came out and gave a quote and a time frame - and stuck to both. They re-used plants that were already in the area rather than bringing in new plants unnecessarily. A supervisor came out daily to check on the progress of the job.

The crew consisted of Jake K, Lee M, and Ben. They were friendly, personable, and very hard working. They cleaned up after themselves right away. Even the neighbors commented on how energetic and pleasant the crew seemed. Overall, the crew was respectful, efficient, and a pleasure to have working on their yard. My father-in-law stated that he would use them again and recommend them to anyone."
